8.04.130 Amendments

(a) This chapter may be amended by: (1) a duly conducted Referendum; or (2) by the Board through a Board Resolution recommending amendment, provided the amendment is confirmed by a vote of the Tribal Council. The amendment shall be processed following the Tribal Procedure Act and include notice to, and review by, the Community. Amendments through a Board Resolution may not change the residency eligibility requirements set forth in the Ordinance.
