8.04.120 Effective Date

(a) Residency Permits will not be required until the Residency Board is seated and until the Board is able to develop Residency Forms, host Community educational meetings and fully apprise the Community of the Ordinance requirements and the Permit process. Within ninety (90) days, after it is seated, the Board shall notify the Community of the date(s) within which Non-Members must apply for and obtain required Permits. In the interim time period after enactment and when the Board is seated, the Tribal Council is authorized to take any actions needed to administer the provisions of this chapter.
