8.01.030 Application Procedure

(a) It shall be the responsibility of the APPLICANT to forward a completed application form and all required documentation to the Tribal clerk.

(b) Application form(s) are available from the Tribal Clerk's office.

(c) The application form and all documentation shall be treated as CONFIDENTIAL:

(d) Should additional documentation be required, the Tribal Clerk shall notify the applicant by letter.

(e) A fee of $5.00 per application will be collected by the Tribal Clerk at the time of application.

(f) After the application is completed, applicant will be notified by letter as to the decision of the Tribal Clerk within ten (10) working days.

(g) Any individual who feels that he/she has been dealt with unfairly may appeal for redress to the Membership Court.

(h) Approved applicant's names shall be listed for public viewing for a period of ninety (90) days after determination of eligibility.
