9.01.250 Records Retention

(a) The Commission shall retain, for no less than three years from the date a primary management official or key employee is terminated from employment with the gaming operation, the following documentation:

(1) Application for licensing;

(2) Investigative Reports; and

(3) Eligibility Determinations.
