9.01.050 Gaming Authorized

Class II and Class III gaming are authorized to be conducted on the Tribe's lands, if such gaming is conducted in accordance with this chapter, the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act (IGRA), the NIGC's regulations, and any other applicable laws or regulations.
