15.02.360 Retention of Sales Records

(a) At point of sale, the Consumption Lounge shall retain, at a minimum the following information from consumers:

(1) payment method;

(2) amount of payment;

(3) time of sale;

(4) product quantity; and

(5) other product descriptors.

This data must be inputted into the Tribe's approved tracking system.
